All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be extended by 2–3 additional business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

For U.S. orders: Free shipping on all orders over $75. 

Standard flat-rate shipping is $8 for orders under $75. 

UPS 2nd Day Air is available for $22. 

We are not yet shipping internationally.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us at support@adelfi.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and issue a replacement or store credit. 

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@adelfi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of all customers, we do not accept refunds. 

We appreciate your understanding — this policy protects every customer who wears Adelfi.

Yes! If the sizing isn't right, we're happy to offer a size exchange. 

Items must be 

• Unworn 
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging. 

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on the original item, as well as shipping costs on the replacement order. 

To initiate an exchange, email support@wearadelfi.com with your order number and the size you'd like.

Adelfi carries sizes 2XS through 2XL. If you need help finding your fit, reach out to us at support@wearadelfi.com before placing your order!  We're happy to guide you :)

Because our fabrics have a natural stretch, we recommend sizing down if you're between sizes — the stretch will give you a comfortable, supportive fit. 

We don't accept refunds due to the intimate nature of our products, but we do offer size exchanges! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Our body fabric is 85% Lenzing TENCEL™ Modal and 15% Elastane for a silky-soft stretch.

The gusset is 100% cotton.

All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.

Lenzing TENCEL™ Modal is a premium fiber made from sustainably sourced beechwood pulp. It's exceptionally soft, naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on skin.

Lenzing produces it in a closed-loop process that recaptures and reuses water and solvents, significantly reducing environmental impact. It's the kind of fabric that feels as good as it is responsible.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is one of the world's leading independent certifications for textiles. Every component of an OEKO-TEX® certified product — fabric, thread, dyes, and accessories — has been tested for harmful substances and verified to be safe for human health.

For Adelfi, this means our fabrics are free from PFAS, toxic dyes, and chemicals that can disrupt your body's natural hormone balance. You can wear Adelfi with confidence, knowing every piece has passed rigorous safety testing.

To keep your Adelfi pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend hand washing or machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid high heat and bleach, which can break down the fibers over time.
